The E-Collar Technologies RX-070 Micro Receiver provides a compact receiver option specifically developed for smaller dogs. Its reduced size and weight make it approximately 20% smaller and lighter than the RX-090 receiver, helping create a less bulky training setup for dogs that require smaller equipment.

One of the RX-070's key features is its adaptable receiver orientation. The unit can be rotated 90 degrees on the collar strap, allowing the contact points to be positioned either vertically or horizontally. This added flexibility helps handlers achieve an appropriate setup on dogs with particularly small necks.

The contact points are positioned 1 inch apart, compared with the conventional 1.25-inch spacing used on larger receiver designs. This closer spacing further supports proper positioning on smaller dogs.

The RX-070 can be used to replace a lost or damaged compatible receiver or to expand an existing 1-dog system for use with an additional dog. It is designed for compatibility with E-Collar Technologies ME-300 and ME-302 Micro Educator systems.

Multiple configurations are available. The Bare option includes the receiver only, while the Black and Red versions include a BioThane strap, standard short and long contact points, and a splitter cable.
